Rotator - BannerSnack
Hurray, there is a new app within BannerSnack.
A “rotator” is the easiest way to display multiple banner ads in a single display unit. Here is what you need to do in order to make your own rotator:
1. Click the “New rotator” button.
2. Choose a size for your rotator. You can pick a standard banner size or type in a size that fits on your website/blog or wherever you want to display the banners.
3. Pick some banners that you’ve already made with BannerSnack or simply upload your own creatives (you can use JPG, GIF or SWF). Tip: make sure they’re all the right size, otherwise they’ll be resized on the spot and may look distorted.
4. You can add an external landing page link to each one of these banners. We will track all the clicks and you’ll be able to see some very nice stats about them afterwards.
5. You can tweak the “rotating settings” (they control how often we display your banners). We can display them randomly (free) or you can choose a specific percentage of views for each one of your banners (premium only).
6. Finally, once you’ve set up all the banners and the rotating settings, all you have to do is publish it and get the embed code for your web page.
What else can you do with the “rotators”?
That’s what we’re trying to find out. Just play with it as it is and let us know what else you want from our “rotators”.
